- Sounds like the vent cover you need is the replacement for Ventline Old-Style Rounded Dome Trailer Roof Vents which comes in Smoke # BV0554-03 as well as White # BV0554-01. These have the continuous hinge and fit the standard 14" x 14" vents.
Sometimes the measurements are a little weird depending on where you measure but I've never heard of a 13" x 13" vent opening before which is why I recommend the ones above for the 14" configuration.
